The Microfluidics LV1 is designed to provide high shear Microfluidizer processing capabilities to samples as small as 1 mL. This bench-top machine is capable of processing a wide variety of fluids such as oil-in-water emulsions, solids-in-liquid suspensions and cells, including the most difficult yeast cells, in as few as 1-2 passes.

LabMate (LM-10)

Microfluidics is introducing a new lab scale instrument this year with the LM-10 or LabMate unit.  This instrument will allow users to process small scale samples with speed and efficiency.  The LM-10 is ideal for cell lysis, liposome production, creating emulsions and dispersions.  This is an affordable high shear fluid processor which will allow any user the performance of Microfluidics technology.

  • Sample Flow Rate: Up to 270 mL/min

The M-110Y Microfluidizer is the most adaptable of the air-drive processors and is ideal for multiple applications.  As a bench top processor, it provides flexibility and high-throughput. The M-110Y comes standard with two interaction chambers for expanded processing capabilities.

  • Production of stable nanodispersions and nanoemulsions
  • Up to 23,000 psi
  • Minimum Sample Size: 60 mL
  • Sample Flow Rate: 100 - 600 mL/min
  • Air Pressure Requirements: 56 scfm @ 96 psi; 15 hp compressor required or 26 l/sec @ 5.0 bar; 11 kW compressor required

The M110-P series is the Microfluidics premium bench-top high shear processor that provides processing at up to 30,000 psi while running on a 120-volt outlet. The M110-P can be configured for small volumes and reduced pressures (20,000 psi).

  • Operating Pressure: Up to 30,000 psi (20,000 psi for the M110-P20 and M110-P20S)
